My name is Dr. Ashley A. Nazon and I am the owner of "A Holistic Therapy Group, LLC."   

Thank you for visiting. I am so thankful the universe has led your journey to my website. I send you love and light as you read about me below. 

I am a licensed clinical social worker. I became a social worker to be able to help diverse populations in many different ways. In my career thus far, I have gained tremendous amounts of experience helping children, teenagers, special needs children, adults, the elderly, and the corrections population through settings such as private practice, case management, home health care, corrections health, and much more. 

I am originally from Chicago, IL., but I have lived in Florida for many years. I have my bachelor's degree in social work from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and my master's in social work from the University of Central Florida. I have my doctorate in social work from Capella University. I am licensed in Florida, Georgia and Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I currently provide Telehealth services for Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Currently only Telehealth is available for Florida, Texas and Georgia. Now that the technical information is out, let's get to the part about your therapy with me.

A goal of mine is to help eliminate the stigma around therapy and seeking help when needed. You do not have to have a mental health issue to seek therapy. I believe therapy can be used as a reset for all of us to get back in touch with our highest selves. My intentions are to explore with you all aspects of your life and provide insight and encouragement along the way to reach that healthy reset.

Your mental health is important to balance your life and when unbalanced it can affect other parts of your life. When you begin to see your journey in a holistic way you will begin to notice what needs to be done in order to reach your individual equilibrium. I want to help you live your life holistically to keep that balance!
